I know that the mscorjit.dll file is part of the .net framework install. I would suggest to first download the latest .net framework update, and uninstall .net framework and reinstall it with the latest update. You can download the .NET framework from the official Microsoft website. Reinstalling it might help. I wouldn't suggest downloading this dll from any other website; DLL files can have harmful things in them, or they might target 64-bit implementations when your computer is a 32-bit implementation... You're best off just reinstalling the .NET framework.
