If man evolved from apes why do we still have apes? |
According to the evolution theory, which by the way I think is completely false, states that our original ancestor was anthropithecus, and then we evolved into different stages, then we evolved into other things such as Neanderthals, Cro-Magnons, homo sapiens, and now they call us homo sapiens sapiens, because they say that back in George Washington's time, people were a lot shorter than now. Remember that I think this is a load of crap, and I do not believe I ever had any relation to a hairy beast. And they say that somewhere down that chain of evolution, that apes branched off from there. So the darwinism theory states that apes and humans came from one ancestor down the tree of evolution. |

We didn't evolve from apes. We evolved from the same animals apes come from. There are a lot of stuff to take into accout to answer why we evolved different than apes, but that's not the main question. |
It is complicated. Both humans and Apes came from an Ape like creature. It branched off between Apes evolving into human form and Apes evolving into Apes. We both exist now. |
Technically, humans are apes. Just that we are on a different branch from other apes. We split away from chimpanzees 6 million years ago. |
I think it has a lot to do with the habitat. I think that once humans had enough food and shelter we started to think because we had so much free time. |
IT is the same reason why we have an appendix. We just do. |

According to US biologist C. Owen Lovejoy, we didn't evolve from apes but apes evolved from us. http://www.upi.com/Science_News/2009/10/01/Study-Man-did-not-evolve-from-apes/UPI-40881254412291/ |
