Jailbreaking my iPhone and maybe using biteSMS

My AT&T iPhone 3GS running iOS 4.2.1 is not currently jailbroken, but that may change now that I know about this. I have a few questions regarding jailbreaking my phone and using biteSMS. I have very important text messages to me that I wish to keep. If I jailbreak, will I have to restore my phone which will then delete my texts? Will restoring my phone at all even delete my texts? Also, if I were to use biteSMS, do the texts also go through the official iPhone SMS aopp? That way, all my texts will be together. Finally, how can I jailbreak my phone? Thank you for your time. 0	it uses your own operators sms server unless you choose to go BiteSMS and pay for credits. Jailbreak using greenpois0n (www.greenpois0n.com) the instructions will appear on screen as you do it. answered Feb 25 '11 at 14:50 jamiempatrick 1●1
