I wanted to use Safari as I've always liked its look and feel, but using Ctrl+T will not open a new tab. All the other browser functions work as they should. Any idea why this won't work?

It works fine for me. Do you have the latest version or did you try reinstalling it?

You need to enable this feature in the preferences in Safari.

I've been looking all over preferences and I haven't found an option to enable or disable it.

It works fine for me... I've never changed any preferences in Safari (since I use chrome normally).

P.S. I'm on Windows 7 :)
