[closed] Can I shuffle playlists on my iPod?

I've seen this question been asked around the net before, but all answers relate to shuffling the playlist on iTunes and not the iPod. The reason for me wanting to do this is, I want to shuffle some songs, but have some other songs not be included in the shuffle.

i.e I want to shuffle all my post-rock, but not any of my ambient music.

Edit: I have a iPod Nano 4G
