I would like to know what are some free ways of building traffic to your website. Right now I am relying on word of mouth and Facebook. What do you suggest? |

Go to forums, don't post the site on threads but on your profile, if you are a very active user and help a lot of people they will visit the site, sure of it. Through messages. If you have great content the people that have visited your page will do the rest :) |

Get your content to great quality and make sure you tag and categorize your posts to the relevant areas. If your site is a blog then do things like have the latest content be posted onto your Twitter account using a service like TwitFeed. Also make your that you are appearing in search engines. If your not already appearing in Google then you can submit your site here. You could also use Google Webmaster Tools to see if there is any errors with your site when it gets crawled. |

Most of my traffic comes from Reddit, Google, and Facebook. I also have a link to my site in the signature section of all the emails that I send out. |
