How often do you change your Facebook profile image?

Plenty of females I know take a picture of themselves in the mirror to refresh their picture monthly. Males (including me) tend not to care so much. I normally wait until someone posts a decent picture of me from a party or day out in the city etc.

I do tend to airbrush my profile pictures though :p
