If I study in Argentina, is my degree usable in the US?

I want to study Electronic Engineering here in Argentina, mainly because it's where I live, the university here is very good and very well known and also because it's free. But my main concern is what happens after I get my degree. Can I go to the US and work for some company as an electronic engineer or will they reject my degree because of the fact that I studied abroad?

It just depends on where you apply. The only time country matters is in the medical field. I have a degree from Spain and that wasn't a problem for me... if anything, it gets more respect.
