Eh, Its a stupid question. Some people might not like my decision. But looking at the general responses to it and the question itself makes it 'closeable'.

This question has absolutely no validity what so ever. I know people with not only degrees, but some, a higher I.Q. than most people that would fit your job categories above. Some of those people are working at:

Walmart
Target
Restaurants (as a server or bartender)
Grocery stores

...because they CAN'T find a job, EVEN with their degrees, as no one is hiring.

I would have seriously given this some thought before you even posted anything like this, because I'm sure there are people like I mentioned, on this very site alone, and may even find this a little offensive.

I completely agree Rizzy. Where I live, it is EXTREMELY hard to find jobs, good or bad.

What do you mean, non-smart people? You are saying that everyone who hasn't got a high paid job is not smart? That's not really true... There are many people who never had the change to study and so have a low paying job. It has nothing to do with intelligence.
