Why is the League of Legends Installer stuck?

I've been trying to install League of legends for a while now. I downloaded the installer from the official site but the installer keeps getting stuck at this point(referring to the screenshot)

I've left it running for a few hours to ensure that it wasn't just a large file that was downloading or something of that nature.

I'm quite lost and would appreciate any help the community can offer.

If you have any tips, please include instructions on how to do the fix. thank you alt text

0	Sorry I didn't realize the picture wouldn't be uploaded at the full file size. It says "Installing Pando Media Booster, and then under that, Installing ssl3.dll and that is the point it's stuck at answered Mar 03 '11 at 18:09 daveizrad 1●5●5●7
