Recently, My Mac has been running quite slow and applications are crashing. I really need some application that will completely clean up and restore my HD and it needs to be free. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!

I use Onyx to clean my mac. It has a bunch of features. Though I have no idea if there would be better software out there.

+1 for Onyx. It does just about anything, any paid app that advertises more features then Onyx is probably making up unnecessary features.

I do not know any free ones, but the only one that I do know is a commercial product which is MacMagna Uninstaller by http://macmagna.com/

MacMagna Uninstaller is a Mac OS X native software that allows you to uninstall applications or just find changes made in a disk or folder by taking snapshots of file system hierarchy and comparing them between two dates.

Requirements: Uninstaller can be used on any PowerPC or Intel Mac computer running Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), 10.5 (Leopard), 10.6 (Snow Leopard), 10.2 or 10.3.

At least you can try before you buy.

MacKeeper works very well for me. It's not free but it's worth the money.
