I'd recommend Ping.fm. You sign up for a free account, add all your social networks and then all updates you post will get sent to all your social networks.
You can update from the site or download the Adobe Air app.

There are some services you can do for some of the big one's like Twitter and FaceBook. I don't know of any, though, that can send to places like geeks.com.
Still, though, there are a lot of apps that can send to most of the social networks you'll want to post to. My favorite is [hootsuite.com].
With a free account you can post to Twitter, FaceBook, a FaceBook Page, LinkedIn, Ping.fm, WordPress, MySpace, Foursquare, and Mixi. : http://hootsuite.com

I use Hootsuite but to be honest, all my social profiles and any website I belong to is linked to my Twitter. Therefore, Twitter is the ONLY thing I ever have to update. It makes life a lot easier. I set my former boss' social networks up like that as well. You never even have to visit those sites.
Simply, embed a widget on a site with your twitter info or use rss and add it to your feed. I know you can do this for Facebook, LinkedIn, and many, many more!
