I'm currently looking for a 2TB 2.5inch SATA HDD. Do these even exist yet?

No a 2TB in a 2.5 inch hard drive does not exist yet. 1TB 2.5-inch drives are the top now, but next year hard drive densities will be 2TB per platter - so 2TB 2.5-inch drives are in the works.

The largest hard drive that can be ordered now it a Seagate HDD ST91000640NS Constellation.2 1TB SATA 6Gb/S 7200rpm 64MB Cache 2.56-inch.

Damn. I've got a 1TB 2.5 @ 5400 at the moment. I've got 10GB of space left. Hah.

you might want some form of file server, or just a load of external drives :L

I despise external drives with a passion, plus I don't have internet everywhere I go unfortunately. Oh well.

Actually Samsung just made 1 TB Single Platter Disc, and Hard Drives have up to 4 Platters, so look for it, definitely!

I've got 2TB in my laptops now. One of them has dual hard drive slots, the others, including a mac, I've pulled the CD/DVD and replaced it with a HDD caddy. Then I put 2 1TB drives in. For mobile DJ with Music/Karaoke/Video, I need the space.
