I currently started making wallpapers and I'm wondering. How do I make my wallpapers in HD using the program Paint.net? I want them to be in HD RESOLUTIONS 720p and 1080p. Is there a way? Do I have to change the resolution? If so what is the resolution to make it HD 720p & 1080p?

720p : 1280×720

1080p = 1920 x 1080

These are the resolutions you need. :)

Increase the size by editing/resizing it BEFORE YOU START....

Widescreen is usually either: 1920 X 1080 or 1600 X 900, though there are higher resolutions...
