My computer is disconnecting my programs from internet while been connected, for example browsers, online games, messenger, etc

Is not a virus nor malware. Do you guys know how to fix this or should I format it to factory to see how it turns out?

First thing, call your ISP to ask if there have been any intermittent outages. If not, shut down your computer, then unplug both your cable modem and router if you have one. Let them sit for a minute or two plug both back in and wait until all lights are illuminated that should be, and boot up the computer.

If it's still happening, try resetting your DNS cache. This can be done by going to the Command Prompt.

When you see the "C:WINDOWS>" type in: "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotations)

Once this is all done, you don't have to reboot, but I like to just to start the machine with a clean slate at that point.

If it's STILL happening, then perhaps you've got some hardware issues in the PC itself you could try troubleshooting. Do you have a laptop or perhaps another desktop you could try on the same network? See it that machine does the same thing or not.

Does your motherboard have a wireless card on-board or are you using some sort of receiver? (either USB or PCI/Express)

The motherboard has the wireless card included, is not an USB.

Are you sure it's your computer that's doing it? Have you checked other possible causes (wifi signal, router/modem lights, etc)?

Did you recently update the driver for your wireless card? You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver/reverting back to a older driver/ or updating to the latest driver if you are not already updated.

Yeah I have all of the drivers, currently installing service pack 1 to see if that solves the problem.

Does a wired connection work? Maybe use that to download it.
