You seem to need to clear your browser history and cache along with your computers cache and history. Plus you may want to also clear your Windows computer DNS cache. I use Ccleaner from ccleaner.com .You will need to close Firefox or Chrome for the program to clean files in either program (Firefox or Chrome). You may think it is annoying but it does work. Also; you possibly may have too many browser addons slowing you down also.
