I am in IT and as such I do tons of research on utilities, apps, and programs in general that every user should have on their computer.

I have been researching this for a long time but I want some user input that's not just a review. So, in your opinion, what are some must have programs for Windows 7?

They can be paid and free as long as they are "must-have" programs
