Well, I might end up buying an iPad 2, and am surely awaiting the third one - but won't get rid of the 1 for nothing. Also, the iPad 1 has so much empty space inside it's asking to be hardware-hacked.

At the most I'll use it as a musical instrument aside with the iMac -that I'm saving money towards- and an iPad 2/3.

1	I see no point in "upgrading" to iPad 2... So I am sticking with my first gen... I shall wait until iPad 1st gen is no longer supported by iOS updates and then upgrade... It gets too expensive keeping up otherwise... answered Jul 18 '11 at 17:18 Lee Wood 2.4k●28●39●69
