You can use USB 1.0 devices in a USB 3.0 socket if that's what you're asking. Plugging in a USB 3.0 device into 1.0 socket will probably give you some issues though depending on the device.
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
