Hi,

I was looking at the New MacBook Pro Range, and really want one but don't have the money :(

I currently have a 1 year old MacBook Pro (Mid-2009 Model): 2.26GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, 160GB Hard Drive*, nVidia 9400m Graphics, Aluminium.

*The 160GB is original Hard Drive. I upgraded to 500GB but I want to keep that. I will only sell that if it drastically bumps up the price.

Does anyone know anywhere that I could trade old-for-new or sell for a decent price?

I live in South East England, UK so am only interested in selling to the UK.

If I paid £999 for it originally, would you say £600-700+ is too much to ask? I checked a few online sites but they seem a huge rip-off (only offering £350-400).

Also, is eBay a good option? Will people be happy to buy it for that price?

I don't want to sell for any less that £700, but i will go down to £600. I'm not jumping to conclusions because my friend might want to buy it. I was just interested in the sort of price to sell and if there was a shop/company which would buy or trade it.
