"Yes", for a matter of fact, as many & many people never really come to the site and have fun questioning and answering question's. It used to be fun when i joined it 2 year's ago, but now it feels lonely there. Do you feel the same? I know that many people like this site but the above statement is also true.

Have you ever heard of the original Lockergnome forums at http://help.lockergnome.com? It's a far cry today from what it started out as, a friendly geek-oriented help forum. It started out strong around 1982 then eventually faded into what is left of it today. I was deeply involved at the beginning as a mod then later an admin, but as time went by people quit visiting and the forum faded from view. My opinion is that people lost interest once Chris lost interest.
Chris is a magnet. He attracts like-minded people to every new enterprise he undertakes. But Chris also tries to keep up with the newest and shiniest social medium, and since he only has so much time and attention, his previous passions fade. Once he stops being active on one of his properties and moves on to a new adventure, much of the crowd follows. It's the inevitable death cycle of Chris' previous networks.

Um... I assume I know what you're trying to say here.. So I'll just say that I know what you mean. That site doesn't seem very lively at all when I'm on there, not near as lively as lockergnome.net anyways. I'm new to both sites though, so I'm not really sure exactly how much traffic either has had in the past.

I think it is because all interest shifted to lockergnome.net. Actually, it was thriving through August and I don't know when it stopped.
Actually, if you haven't noticed already, Chris Pirillo hasn't promoted geeks.pirillo.com all that much anymore. It is no longer said at the end of his videos.

Currently Chris is trying to get some more traffic on that site. As of right now, I am promoted to co-administrator of the site and approving users to join (not to also mention watch for spammers and inappropriate things)
