Up to this point, LG.net has always worked fine with Safari for me. This morning, I went to comment on one's question, and found that with most questions, if I now click on "add new comment", it opens the comment box about 70% and crashes Safari. Anyone have the same issue, or is it just me? If so, anyone know what might be causing this? April 8, update: I found the "cause" of the problem this morning. It started dawning on me that the comment box dropping down wasn't crashing Safari until the live video feed was embedded into the page a while back. That's when I started thinking: "Flash". Sure as hell enough, I went into the Libraries, and moved the "Flash Player.plugin" and "flashplayer.xpt" file to the desktop ("away" from the plugin folder) and the problem instantly went away. I then tried restarting Safari - still perfect. Rebooted twice, clicked all different comment boxes on several questions, absolutely perfect. I put the plugin back in......problem. I uninstalled that plugin, and reinstalled Flash (newest version, directly from Adobe) and it still did the same thing. Anyone else having this Flash/crash issue with Safari either on Lockergnome or elsewhere? (ON a Mac) April 12, update: Another Safari/Mac user (sfrancis928) has also had the exact same problem occur. Now that someone other than myself has had this happen, it confirms it's not just something on solely "my" end. At this point, who should be contacted? OSQA or someone else? I have a sneaky suspicion it's got something to do with the video feed, in that Safari can't handle those two particular Flash operations at once, and therefore "Unexpectedly quits"; like the plugin is being used a little "too" much, and just gives out. |

I am running Safari 5.0.4 for Windows and I don't see a problem with lockergnome.net. May want to reinstall/repair your Safari. May be different on a Mac |

I am currently running Safari version 4.0.4 and I had no problems with the comment. Of course I only use it for testing my website.
I'm running 5.0.4 and no problems for me but i'm on a PC, are you running OS X ?
@xPBart woah, I thought everyone hated Safari on PC.
@Liam Lol, I Love It :D (little bit fanboy xD)
haha I've never tried it, I might do now though :)
