I've had some interesting misadventures with Sonicwall technology, but the general industry recommendation is to steer clear of them. After toying around with Cisco training hardware, I honestly couldn't agree more. If you have the budget, and the manpower/time/training to implement it, you can't go wrong with Cisco for network security solutions, even if you are picking up last gen hardware at resale prices.
