Does anybody know if there is a really good scanner out there for the iphone {and maybe even blackberry} that can correctly organize information like contacts, etc.

I use Microsoft TAG Reader. It reads QR Codes as well as Microsoft TAGs.

try the lockergnome app it has a qr code reader there ive used it a few times its really good.
