Hello, Unfortunately I have just been the victim of a phishing scam (The YouTube Thank You Survey). They asked me for my email address and phone number. I anticipate that I will be flooded with spam. First of all, what other information can they get from my email address and cellphone number and second, Is there any way to stop the spamming? Thanks! |

The only way to stop the spamming is by either closing your email address and create a new one or just block all emails from the sender. Next time be more careful with what you do in the internet and who you give information. These days not even putting information on government sites is even secure. |

I agree with Patxi. Close you current account and open a new one or inact the higher scrutiny within your junk mail filters. As far as blocking the emails from that sender, don't waste your time. By the time you get one message from them, they have a different address and will continue to send you stuff. I would also send a small alert to the people in your address book as to what happened and to possibly expect bogus messages from you. |

Hello at first ı've believed youtube thank you survey and answered the first question, but then i've realized my fault and exist from the site. But now im anxcious to get the spam.
