What are the main internal hardware differences between a MacBook Pro and a Dell Inspiron?

Since when is there "mail" inside a MacBook or Dell?

I'm sure it's pretty much the same. I do know that Apple doesn't buy the cheapest hardware out there, because they tend to be more reliability. The major change is in the design of the product, and the software. MacBook Pros are usually though of to be better built.

On the software side, you will really start to notice a difference. On most Windows systems, you'll come across a BSOD occasionally. That is usually a software error (I guess driver error). The drivers that are included inside of OS X haven't failed me yet. The only time that my iMac has crashed in the near past is when I was using Adobe Flash Player. Safari has been more reliable for me lately, but I'd rather have Safari crash than my entire computer.
