You need a solid subscription base first. Then, if you come up with something viral (think Rebecca Black parody), then you'll get your subscribers to share the video. If you can pull this off, a lot of people will subscribe and you're done, it should only take a couple of years.

A couple of years? In today's world any viral video will get you on Lopez Tonight or Conan along with tons of views, many subs and a partnership. Of course your viral may have to be crazy funny like Rebecca Black or that Scarlet takes a tumble video -- not a kitty looking into the camera lol although that will just get you views/subs.
