How do you feel about game emulators? Nowadays you can download and play just about anything you want. So is it unfair to the creators of the games? It's not like you can just go to your local Walmart (not that I would shop there) and pick up a Sega Genesis or a Super Nintendo. Instead, you have to hit up eBay, Game Stop, and other locations. So wouldn't that be just as bad as downloading them?

I'm pretty sure it's legal and moral because the companies that made those old consoles don't sell them anymore so there's no way in which your stealing profits from them but if you use something like NO$GBA then it is technically illegal yet in my opinion moral because your only taking something that someone is giving to you, your not taking money from their pocket and your likely not attempting to take profits from them remotely although that may be the goal of the people who release the files for downloading.
