Lets say I have purchased a hosting account at GoDaddy, wich has as its domain "domainA.com", can I buy "domainB.com" and set it up as my primary domain for my hosting account, and leave "domainA.com" as just another domain?
This because I'm starting a new website, but I don't wanna spend on a new hosting plan.

Honestly, contact GoDaddy and ask them about the different hosting plans they may have, or what your different options might be. The main reason I say this is unless you get an answer from a GoDaddy rep that's a member of the community, you're only get answers from people who may or may not have had good dealings. What applies to them may not be the case with your situation.

Like the others said, email them. I can tell you I have an account with a GoDaddy affiliate and under that account I have three domains. Each domain was purchased at a a different time but under the same account. Just ask them though.
