I get many of spam like "Hey you have won $500,000", it seems funny that they know that i know that it is spam but still keep sending it. Now this is the latest joke(at least in my point of view): Now how to stop them from filling my spam mail? |

One thing you can do is to create a dummy email account and use that account for signing up for different things like Facebook. That way when (not if) your email contact info gets sold (or mysteriously found), your real account isn't getting flooded with crap. You really can't stop it from happening. By nature someone offers us something simply for filling out a questionaire and we do it. There you go. Thousands of instant friends sending you special offers. When you sign up for things, look at the form closely and uncheck those little boxes that say "from associated sponsors", etc. FYI, when you click the link at the bottom of emails to stop an email service, not all but some of those companies stop sending that item and send you something else and normally send your account info to other companies for a profit. Safe surfing will prevent this in the future. |
