It is possible his live stream is having network trouble (just checked and its down). If it is still going on after today, "have you tried turning it off and on again?"

Yes I keep refreshing the page and it loads and then freezes and then it comes back for like two seconds and then freezes again.

Whenever the live stream came back on the air it stopped freezing.
