I'm on Windows Vista Basic, and I was using a custom theme, then one night, I switched to "Windows Vista Standard" that was provided in an update not too long ago, and then one day, I start my computer back up, and it's just..... I don't know what to call it. It's like "Windows Classic" but it has white instead of grey. I can't use anything except for Windows Standard, Windows Classic, High Contrast White, High Contrast Black, High Contrast #2, and High Contrast #1. Those are the only themes I can use now. All my others, it doesn't even show me the preview of them. I don't know what to make of this. Thing is, I think it may have been an update that broke all my stuff, but I can't remember if it happened after an update for sure, or if I'm just thinking of that, because I have been putting this off so long, I don't remember it. What can I do to fix this?

Make sure your system files are still patched.
