Yes, when you email it or upload it, it give you the options to save it as a .doc (Microsoft word) and .xls (Microsoft Excel) you also have the option of PDF for both.

If you mean opening word and excel documents then yes. In the app store that have pages and numbers for $9.99 each.

I recommend using Docs To Go Pro.. It allows you to edit and create Word Excel and Powerpoint and PDF files..
