When you jailbreak you iPhone iTunes will obviously continue to make a backup of your phone. Then when you decide to remove the jailbreak and restore to a stock firmware can you use that backup to restore your phone without having to deal with slowness, bugs or other jailbreak leftover getting back to your phone? I'm asking this because in the old days when there was no official battery percentage you could enable it via the jailbreak and then when you restored from the backup made while the phone was jailbroken after putting a stock firmware on your phone the battery percentage was still there.
