"Help me Fastly" ... Is this even worth fixing?

Get new headphones. They are cheap and built like crap. They never last more than a few months at best. Sounds like a loose connection.

I've had 5 pairs of Apple headphones all break on one side. I've tried countless ways to fix them with no hope. Just buy new ones.

Get some fifteen dollar Skull Candy headphones. I have had one set for over a year and they are still working great. They have great sound and best of all they are cheap.

There is, but quite honestly it's not worth your time.

it might be a faulty jack in the Ipod touch itself...my phone was like that for 2 month on the right side and they can't fix it so they give you the same one as long as you have warranty(i'm sure)

I don't think it's a problem with the iPod if other headphones work.

I had my headphones mic and controls break. I still use them but it just shows how prone to breakage they are.

Well, if you don't want cheap ones that might break then don't get Skull Candy I bought a set based on a recommendation from a friend and the quality of the sound was not very good and neither was the build quality as it broke with-in a week. You might have a better experience than me.

The headphones that I use cost more but are great. The quality is good, and they never fall out of your ears. I have not had them break yet this is now my 4th month with them. I use the Bose IE2 Headphones. http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/headphones/audio_headphones/in_ear_headphones/index.jsp

If you want something that looks as fashionable as Skullcandy but don't want the hefty price tags that they come with, might wanna check out iFrogz.
