SMTP Server Mac OSX 10.6

Hey,

Recently I've setup my own server at home using a Early 2009 24 Inch IMac. I've got everything working so fare besides the Mail Server.

I am currently running XAMPP for Mac as the server. In the XAMPP menu I do not see an option for SMPT POP3 or any kind of E-Mail service.

How can I get it to work and make E-Mail accounts like noreply@domain.com, admin@domain.com etc...

Edit:
FYI, I do not want to spend any money on this mail server.
