OK, now it really takes me hours to find one site which gives good sound quality. I did Google for about an hour and found a site but not met to my expectation's. I don't want to torrent for >300kbps, so please help.

I think you should checkout Bandcamp.

The sites features MANY different artists and genres. It is all music from indie or unsigned artists, and there is a lot of outstanding potential and talent there. A lot of the music is for sale, even though must stuff is $2-$5 for albums, there is still a lot of free music I have gotten from there.
