Are YOu Getting Error Code 2

I have been getting error code 2 for a week now and I keep reporting it and Yahoo Mail Reps keep saying we are working on it and it should be fixed in a few hours. How can I call Yahoo because this emailing is not working. Yahoo updated their mail and that updating cause Yahoo users to not access their emails.
