How can I clone my main hard drive to an external hard drive to back Windows up?

Although this is a pay for App, it works a treat. I actually got it free through "Giveaway Of The Day" site from which I get emails from. The App is called "Paragon Migrate OS To SSD", but it will copy to normal HDD's as well. It is one of the easiest Migration Apps I've used.
