Does anyone know how to move the traffic lights (maximize, minimize, close) in OS X from the top left to the top right?
(I don't care that Apple spent time designing the "perfect layout," I can't deal with the upper left thing)

Okay, since we can't laugh today, I'll give you a "real" answer.
The reason I said what I said was because I could already tell you are a Windows user. That was the biggest thing I had to adjust to when I switched to Macs. After the first day, you forget that it's even an "adjustment", and you just naturally start going to the left to click things. I doubt there is anyway to actually "change" it, so I would just learn to adjust, honestly.

This was the biggest thing for me when I moved to mac. Unfortunately, you will have to deal with it and get used to it, although it shouldn't take long maybe a couple of weeks.
I now find myself frustrated on a windows machine when I head to the top left for things.
