Will my GPU support this resolution?

Okay, so I have the ATI Radeon HD 5570 Graphics card and am looking to purchase the Dell 30" UltraSharp monitor with the 2560x1440 resolution and am just wondering whether my GPU will support that resolution? Thanks for your time.

Are those heights correct? 120thousand+ seems excessive.
