buy a male and a female rat. not only are they cute, but every few months you will notice 1 or 2 extra pet rats appear, the investment will quickly pay for it's self within a few months and you will then begin to get a return in investment as more rats appear.

Don't know where to answer so I just copy pasted on here too.

Silver. It's poor man's gold. It's good wealth protection. Protection from inflation. For the past decade and the decade forward it has been bullish. So it is a wealth protector and a great investment. Look up Robert Kiyosaki, Mike Maloney, David Morgan, and Peter Schiff on YouTube.

Invest in Real Estate. Think about it everything revolves around Real Estate. Everyone lives in houses/apartments and any business has an office or store. And most of them rent.

If you buy stock you have the risk of your stock being worth nothing if that company fails. If you buy real estate and some disaster happens to your property it will still be worth something. You should also buy insurance so if a disaster happens the insurance will pay to repair the damage.

The key to Real Estate is to know what your expenses will be before buying a property. And base your decision to buy on those expenses.

If you are unfamiliar with Real Estate investing then I suggest that you read several books on the subject before you start buying properties.

Just to give you something to think about:

  • In America 97% of all self made millionaires created their fortune through Real Estate, according to Fortune magazine.
  • Where else will other people pool their money to pay your mortgage?
