Pretty simple question. I have reviewed a few gadgets in my videos but I mostly show software for PC or Mac and iOS apps..

Even if you are talking about a shovel, you can still call yourself a tech reviewer, because a lot of technology has been gained since the "original" shovel.

Sure, software is always an up and coming ever changing technolgy. You review it, report on it, and people listen to you to help them make decisions. Sounds good to me.
