I have been growing a company and designing a website however I would like a offical logo i could use for it. However because I dont have enough money yet to buy adobe pohtoshop I need a free logo designer. Is there anything possible I could use out there and what do you reccommend.

If you want to use photoshop you can get a free 30 day trial. However I would recommend GIMP if you want something more long term and it has most of the features photoshop has.

I made this for another user on here in about an hour from scratch using ms paint for the individual elements, then i used powerpoint to make them look like they're at angles and to put in the text

unfortunately the user decided to not make his youtube channel but what ever :P
