Well, the only skeleton with drivers I ever saw was the metal skeleton in Terminator. Now that guy probably had drivers. The guy in the picture above probably doesn't have any. Unless of course, he was stolen from a lab that RFID tagged him so they could track it. Labs sometimes do that with cadavers, I don't see why they couldn't with a skeleton.
