Is there a right way to take off a screen protector? Without leaving behind residue or make it easier to pull off?

Just use a chainsaw, it worked for me.

I simply peeled it off with my finger, left little or no residue behind. If it does, just use a damp cloth to wipe away anything that's on the screen.
