How long will it take for the PSN service to reach you?

The firmware update is now out. There is one catch though it will take a bit for the actual service to reach you depending on where you are in the world. How long do you think it will take to reach you? Lets keep each other informed on who has service where they are and where they don't. I am in New York and currently don't have service.

Well I am hearing rumors that Japan hasn't got PSN back online. It is understandable due to all of the stuff Japan has been going through recently. However it remains just a rumor, and there has been no proof to back it up.

Yes, Japan said that it is not going to allow it back until they are sure it is stable.
