I don´t eat multivitamins : ) I eat crowberries and blueberries to get vitamins and antioxidants. Synthetic are not healthy for human body, specially if you eat them every day. Your body learn to get vitamins from these bills (easiest way) and not from the regular food. Healthy 75% dark chocolate is also a unique antioxidant source. If want to take multivitamins I prefer to take them a lot for two week period for the need. Handfull every day, sample if doing weightlose (I have done -30,5 kg 4 years ago). I use Möller codlever oil, that is best and cheepest in botlles - drinking it morning, evening for one month January, winter season. Running , gym and body excersise is the best medicine man can get. Daily sport will keep you healthy. People who work with computers should take care of D-vitamine levels. Brain are eating lot of vitamin D all the time. I hope that this answer gives you some ideas of vitamine eating : ) http://on.fb.me/douple-sales |

I personally take One-a-day Men's. Haven't really tried any others. You have to take them with food and try not to let them touch your tongue believe me the taste is horrible. Just my experience haven't tried any others. |

I don't put much into multis, they are overpriced and sometimes don't have enough of what you need. However, if you want to take vitamens, I recommend a calcium supplement that includes vit. D, and a vit. C supplement. These are important for healthy bones. |

Where's Pebbles & Bam-bam?
Might be the two blurry ones in the very back?
