Whats the point of Empire Avenue Communities?

Chris made a video on YouTube on it. I recommend that you check it our. Just search something like "lockergnome empire avenue" and you should get a few results. Also he did make a page: http://www.go.tagjag.com/empireavenue.

But, yes all of the notifications I think are a little excessive. If you are talking about the email notifications, you can fix those in settings.
