I think before that happens the world would have to agree on other rules/laws first. Yea it might happen but it will take a while |

As far as I know, all speech laws apply online... Other things are going to need approval. It's possible, but I don't see it happening any time soon. |

Will take a while if it even does happen to occur. I personally don't see the need. Everything is doing fine on the internet at the moment. |
